Return Merchandise Instructions Please Read Carefully! Form must be completely filled out to start the return process. You will be responsible for the return of the replacement item. Your credit card will be authorized for the amount of the replacement item. If the replacement item is not returned with in 14 days your credit card will be charged the full amount of the replacement item until the item has been returned. All defective returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with in 14 days of receiving your replacement item. When you receive your replacement item immediately place the defective item in the boxes your replacement item arrived in. Defective replacements you will receive a return shipping label through email and fax along with your replacement item. Carefully follow all instructions provided and tape your return shipping label to the shipping carton completely covering the return shipping label with tape. Shipping labels are not provided on all other returns. Once your package has been packaged and is ready for final return shipment. You will need to take your return shipment to the appropriate shipping company. If you don not receive a return shipping label at the time your new item arrives please call 800 619 9566. Returns
